Jon Kearney
Owner / President | Since 2010
Jon founded Kearney HVAC in 2010 with a vision of building a company known for exceptional workmanship, honest service, and a customer-first approach. Under his leadership, Kearney HVAC has grown into one of the region’s trusted HVAC contractors while maintaining the family values the company was built on. Jon enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and dog Leroy, as well as fishing and snowmobiling whenever he has the opportunity.
Kerri Tremblay
Office Manager | Since 2015
Kerri oversees the day-to-day operations of the office while supporting every department throughout the company. From coordinating internal processes to ensuring customers receive exceptional service, she helps keep projects organized and the team moving forward. Known for her attention to detail and willingness to help wherever needed, Kerri plays a key role in keeping Kearney HVAC running smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, photography, and getting lost in a good book.
Harry Durgin
Installation Manager | Since 2017
Harry began his career at Kearney HVAC as an installer in 2017 and now leads our installation department. He oversees projects from start to finish, helping ensure every installation meets the high standards our customers expect. His leadership, experience, and commitment to quality have been instrumental in the growth of our installation team. Outside of work, Harry enjoys spending time with his family and restoring his and his daughter’s 1967 Pontiac Firebird.
Garth Bruno
Service Manager | Since 2019
With more than 20 years of HVAC experience, Garth leads our service department while providing support across installation, system design, and technical training. His extensive knowledge, commitment to continued education, and dedication to doing the job right make him an invaluable resource for both customers and fellow team members. When he’s away from work, Garth enjoys traveling, listening to music, and spending time with his puppy, Miss Freya.

Your journey starts with a call to our office team. They’ll answer your initial questions and take time to understand what’s happening in your home to coordinate the first steps in our process. Kearney typically sends a consultant without 24-48 hours to get the project moving quickly.

Candice coordinates our installation department, helping guide each project from scheduling through completion. Her organization, communication, and attention to detail help ensure every installation stays on track while providing customers with a smooth experience throughout the process. Known for her positive attitude and willingness to help, Candice enjoys spending time with her daughter, relaxing at the beach, cheering on the Bruins, and reading a good book—with coffee never too far away.
Meghan Morrison
Service Coordinator | Since 2025
Meghan helps keep our service department running like a well-oiled machine. She coordinates appointments, supports our technicians, and works closely with customers to make sure every service call is handled efficiently. Her meticulous organization and genuine care for customers have quickly made her an invaluable member of the team. Outside of work, Meghan spends much of her free time cheering on her children at baseball and softball games, rooting for the Boston Red Sox, and spending time with her dog, Tek.
Stephanie Rubino

Stephanie is often one of the first people customers connect with when contacting Kearney HVAC. She helps keep communication flowing between our office, technicians, and customers while ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and helpful. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with her dog, Cove.

Known around the shop as “Duct Duct Dave,” David brings years of sheet metal experience to our installation team. Teagan is currently working toward his electrical license through Whittier Tech while gaining valuable hands-on experience as an apprentice. He consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, is always willing to lend a hand on installations, even volunteering to work Saturdays when needed.
