- Jon: Owner & Founder
Jon founded Kearney HVAC, Inc in 2010. He has earned Massachusetts Master Sheet Metal, and New Hampshire Gas Fitter licenses. Jon is a North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certified technician, a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer, a Mitsubishi-Certified Contractor, and a proud member of the Better Business Bureau. He enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and pup Leroy as well as fishing and snowmobiling in his spare time.
- Kerri: Office Manager
Since 2015
Kerri has been a part of Kearney HVAC since 2015, skillfully keeping the wheels turning and the team on track as Office Manager. She ensures smooth operations while juggling various responsibilities. Outside of work, Kerri finds joy in her roles as a wife, mom, and photographer. Being with her family, capturing moments behind the lens, and exploring her creative side.
- Harry: Installation Manager
Since 2017
Harry, our Installation Manager, began his journey with us as an Installer in November 2017. Harry’s role in running our installation department has been pivotal to its success today. When he’s not overseeing the Installation Teams, Harry is enjoying his time at home with his family, finding joy in restoring his and his daughter’s 67 Pontiac Firebird.
- Candice: Receptionist
Since 2022
Candice is our vibrant Receptionist who joined the team in August 2022. With a background in customer service, Candice excels in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our clients. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time with her daughter. Candice’s life revolves around beach days, cheering for the Bruins, and getting lost in books. Fueled by her secret weapon—coffee—she tackles each day with contagious enthusiasm and positive energy.
SERVICE TECHNICIANS
- Garth: Service Technician
Since 2019
Garth is our lead Service Technician, who brings over 20 years of invaluable experience in the HVAC field. As our jack-of-all-trades, Garth not only runs our service department but also lends his expertise to installation, sales, and design. A graduate of Petersons Trade School, Garth holds numerous certifications including EPA Certification, Mitsubishi Elite Tech certificate, and NH Gas Service/Gas Fitters License. He has undergone additional training in Mitsubishi M&P Advanced and City Multi, and is NATE Certified for Gas, AC & Heat Pumps, as well as Triangle Tube Advanced Training. With his comprehensive skill set and dedication, Garth plays a crucial role in ensuring our HVAC operations run smoothly and efficiently. In addition to his HVAC expertise, Garth finds joy in traveling, music, and quality time with his puppy, Miss. Freya.
- Phil: Service Technician
Since 2022
Phil is one of our dedicated HVAC Service Techs, boasting a rich background in HVAC service and a multitude of licenses and certifications, including Universal EPA, MA Oil Burners, NFPA (Hot Works), Unrestricted Construction Supervisor, OSHA-10, and NATE. Notable achievements include making the Dean’s List at Peterson School. Phil excels in residential and commercial HVAC maintenance and service, prioritizing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. His expertise spans mechanical knowledge, maintenance, repair, and sales skills. Outside of work, Phil enjoys quality time with family, sports, and home projects, indulging in hobbies like hiking, yard work, and traveling. With his diverse skills and genuine care for customers, Phil is an invaluable asset to our team.
- Dave G: Service Technician

Dave joined us in September of 2023. He is from Florida and spends days off at home with his family.
INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS
- Tyler: Installer
Since 2022
Tyler is our Licensed Gas Plumber, who has been an integral part of Kearney HVAC since its inception, working alongside Jon from the very beginning. Officially joining our team in 2022 as a Lead Installer, Tyler brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his role. Outside of work, he finds joy in his passion for fishing and hunting, reflecting his love for the great outdoors. With his skills, dedication, and adventurous spirit, Tyler is a huge asset to the company, contributing to its success and growth.
- Kyle: Installer
Since 2019
Meet Kyle, Installer of “The A Team” at Kearney. Kyle started with Kearney in 2019, previously from working in warehouse and shipping departments. Starting from scratch, Kyle is now one of our lead installers, where he excels in the replacement and installation of HVAC units. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys building motorcycles, showcasing his mechanical and adventurous spirit. Kyle is forklift certified and his short-term goals include flipping his current house and purchasing his dream home, with an ultimate aspiration for early retirement.

- Zach: Installer
Since 2021
Zach, our skilled Installation Technician, boasts a Universal Refrigeration license. In his current role, Zach ensures prompt and effective installation of new equipment, prioritizing quality, and adherence to codes, showcasing his dedication to excellence. Beyond work, Zach finds joy in racing and sports. He was celebrated for his sportsmanship as a varsity hockey player and received the 2017-2018 Hercules “Archie” Cloutier Good Sportsmanship Award. Zach also enjoys spending time with family and friends, tinkering with trucks, and hitting the gym. He has a passion for classic rock and restoring old vehicles. Zach lives by the words of Kobe Bryant: “Dedication makes dreams come true.”

Ryan completed the Whittier Tech Cooperative Program with Kearney HVAC. He officially joined our team in September 2022.
- Shane: Installer
Since 2024
Shane brings valuable experience to our team, having initially joined us in 2020. After a brief hiatus, he has returned to contribute his expertise and dedication to our installation team.

Meet David Willmer, affectionately known as Duct Duct Dave, a valued member of Kearney’s Install team. Leveraging six years of experience as a Sheet Metal Mechanic, Dave has a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and business management. Beyond work, he enjoys fishing, camping, and gardening, embodying his deep connection to nature. Dave’s Professional Motivations: The smile on Harry Durgin’s face and being able to help provide for my family. Dave approaches challenges with a problem-solving mindset. Balancing his professional ambitions with personal passions, he dreams of winning the lottery and retirement.
