We maintain and service furnaces, boilers, ductless systems, central air conditioners, and indoor air quality products in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, from Newburyport to Amesbury, Georgetown, North Hampton, Rye, and beyond.

When you have an emergency, you can rest assured that Kearney HVAC WILL BE THERE! As a Preventative Maintenance Agreement customer, you will never be charged an additional fee for after-hours, holiday, or weekend service calls.
Please note that, in the event of an emergency service call, the standard diagnostic fee—which includes a full system inspection—still applies. The additional Emergency Fee will be waived for Preventative Maintenance Agreement customers.
10% Off Repair Labor & Replacement Parts
Our discounted rates save you money with every service call. If you have a $400 repair performed, you will save $40. Our repair trucks are fully stocked, so we are able to repair 99% of calls on the first visit.
Condenser Coil and Evaporator Coil Inspection
These coils become dirty over time; Dirty coils reduce efficiency and cause your HVAC unit to work harder, cause parts to wear out faster, and shorten the life expectancy of your heating and cooling system. Your unit will cost you more month after month on your utility bill if the coils are not kept clean. During your visit our technician will rinse and look over your system's coils, remove debris and ensure its in good working condition for the cooling season.
*Please note: There could be additional charge if coil cleanser is needed due to extensive build up or lack of maintenance.
10% Off New HVAC Unit Purchases
If or when it's time for a new, energy efficient furnace, boiler, heat pump, or air conditioner, you receive 10% off the complete installation. The average unit installed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire today is over $5,000. The savings typically pay for the initial cost of the Service Agreement.
