Please note, for work performed by Kearney HVAC Inc. the following Terms & Conditions apply:

Terms and Conditions

I have the authority to order the work outlined above. I agree that the Seller retains title to equipment/materials furnished until final payment is made. If payment is not made as agreed, Seller can remove said equipment/material at the Seller's expense and/or impose a 2% liquidation fee on the entire amount contained in the Seller/Buyer transaction. Any damage resulting from said removal shall not be the responsibility of the Seller.

• ESTIMATE VALIDITY: 30 days from the date of your quote.
• INSTALLATION PAYMENT TERMS: 50% deposit required to start work. Balance due on completion.
• INVOICES ARE DUE UPON RECEIPT
• REBATES are qualified through a third party and are not guaranteed by Kearney HVAC, Inc.
