Your annual Home Comfort Plan membership includes three maintenance visits: one for your primary heating system, one for your primary cooling system, and one whole-home plumbing maintenance and safety inspection.
At each visit, our team listens to your concerns, explains what we find, and walks you through recommended next steps. You’ll know what needs attention now and what you can plan for later, with clear communication at every step.

- A waived dispatch fee during regular business hours with an approved repair

Coverage for Additional Equipment
Have more than one system? Add additional coverage for $89 per year, per additional unit:
- Furnace or boiler
- Air conditioning system or heat pump system (includes one outdoor unit and one indoor air handler)
- Additional indoor air handler for ductless systems
Build Credit Toward Your Next System
Receive a $225 annual system credit toward a new furnace, boiler, water heater, AC system, ductless system, generator, or water filtration system. Credits accumulate for up to 10 years, up to a maximum of $2,250.
